Project Headway exists to help people move forward and make progress in their life goals, especially when circumstances make this slow or difficult. We plan to do this by providing services to provide readiness for job interviews, back to school time, or other ‘next step’ experiences. We aim to create new looks for the overlooked; we see more than the outward, we see the hidden potential in everyone! 

What does self care look like when you're experiencing homelessness, or living in a domestic violence shelter. How are you supposed to get a job when you're living in a halfway house and can't afford a business suit or a haircut? The goals are to start an organization that assists people in beauty services and interview education, to have equal opportunity as their counterparts to make a great first impression. 

Through the hard work and dedication of our volunteers and our team, we strive to build a community for those in need. Through beauty, we aim to create self confidence within those who struggle to obtain the means to present themselves with a professional image; To help manifest opportunities for growth and success. We believe everybody should have an equal opportunity to gain access to a better quality of life through a first impression.
